Prior Lake, MN 55372-1714 February 5, 2005 Michael Abbot 4951 Rutledge Prior Lake MN 55372 RE: Building Permit # 05-0091 In review of old building permit files it was discovered that a 2005 permit was issued for a deck and porch and never completed. I called the contractor Mitchell Husnik who signed for the permit. I was told the project had been stopped and would not be resumed. At this time I will cancel the permit and close the file. If you would like to renew the project, a new building permit will be required. The City of Prior Lake will keep on file the size of the footings that have been approved for the project. Any new permit will be required to follow all codes and standards enforced at the time the project is resumed.
