I have read and reviewed the Rev 1 April 29 2005 drawings and also discussed them with Chris Davis at the
Design 1 shop and I am approving the drawings. I have also sent out a letter approving the North Tower drawings
last Friday. Both tower upgrades are now approved.

Attached is a PDF of the Bob Davis-signed plans for the Verizon Wireless facility upgrade at the MINC Prior Lake
EvDO site. The points made in your review of 12 Apr are addressed so:
1. Coatings, interior and exterior - your descriptions were made part of the Outline Specifications, sheet A4, under
09-9000 PAINTING,
2. Weld surface preparation is also described on A4 under 09-9000 PAINTING.
3, Removal of superfluous hardware is described on Al under SCOPE OF WORK.
4. Weld description of new tower base penetrations on A3 is per Louis K. Ho PE of Buildings Consulting Group.
He assures me that you and he have agreed that this description is correct.
5. Enclosures of shelter and tower base penetrations now meet your requirements.
6. Torque testing of bolts and notification ofKLM is described on A4 under 01-0600 TESTING.
If any of these items are described incorrectly, or if you require the revisions to be clouded and flagged, please
advise me soonest. Pending your response, I will send the originals by standard mail; they should arrive within 3
days. Thanks.
