Re: Lot 9, Block 2, the Wilds South, Prior Lake, MN.
Dear Paul,
The home to be built on the above mentioned lot will be done according to the Probe Engineering survey
that we have provided. This survey does vary from the grading plan and site designation that was prepared
by Pioneer Engineering for the original development. We have received a letter from Pioneer Engineering
stating that our plan would be OK as long as we were responsible for any soil concerns, earthwork
balancing, and final lot drainage.
We will take responsibility for the above mentioned items.
Attached is a copy of the Pioneer Engineering letter and also the survey from Probe Engineering.
