22, Scott County, Minnesota, described 8S follows:
Starting at the Southwest comer ofllie roadway south of Lot 43 in RED OAKS and running thence North 68 degrees 10 minutes East 115 feet along
said road; thence North 84 degrees 10 minutes East 85 feet to a fence line; thence South 40 degrees 0 minutes West along said fence 305 feet; thence
North 65 degrees 13 minutes West 70 feet to the shore of Prior Lake lagoon and thence northeasterly along said shoreline about 175 feet to the place
of beginning.
That part of the above described land lying southerly of the following described line and the easterly and westerly extension thereof;
Beginning at the Northeast comer of Lot 18, Block 4, GATEWAY SHORES, Scott County, Minnesota according to the recorded plat thereof (the
recorded plat of Gateway Shores is used as the basis of bearings in this description); thence South 70 degrees 55 minutes 33 seconds West a distance
of 122.76 feet; thence North 73 degrees 13 minutes 27 seconds West to the shore of Prior Lake and there tenninating.
