DESCRIPTION:
That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 36, Township
115, range 22, Scott County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast comer of said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter;
thence southerly along the east line thereof a distance of 200.00 feet;' thence westerly
parallel to the north line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, a
distance of 240.9 feet to the easterly right-of-way of the Township road; thence
northwesterly along said easterly right-of-way line a distance of 201.2 feet to the
north line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence easterly along
said north line a distance of 261.05 feet to the point of beginning. Also showing the
location of the proposed addition and accessory building as of this 26th day of June,
2002.
