RE: Building a Gazebo with out a permit
Dear Mr. & Ms Weller,
In review of older building permit files, it was discovered, you were asked to apply and
receive a building permit for a gazebo that was under construction at the same time your
deck was built. Your cooperation will be appreciated in correcting this matter. Please
come to the Prior Lake City Hall and apply for a building permit by April 4, 2008. A
permit must be received by May 5, 2008. Failure to apply and obtain a permit for the
gazebo will require the City to take additional action.
