This does not appear to involve any exterior alterations. However, the addition of offices does trigger a change in the parking requirements. According to my calculations, the existing warehouse use requires 13 parking spaces. With the addition of the office space, 17 spaces are required for this use. In order to obtain building permit for this alteration, the property owner must provide a surveyor a site plan identifying the parking on the site and the number of spaces. If there are less than 17 existing spaces, the property owner must provide the required parking.
