In order to implement this administrative land division, all pertinent documents must be filed with the Scott County Auditor's Office within sixty (60) days of the date of this approval letter. Copies of the recorded documents, along with the newly assigned PID's for each parcel, must then be submitted to the City as evidence that the administrative land division has been filed. Please be informed that failure to file this information by September 16, 1996, will void the approval. If you have questions regarding this matter, contact me at 447-4230. Prior Lake, MN 55372 ("- Re: Administrative land Division) \ Waterfront Passage ~ . - --- ------ Dear Don: We have reviewed the application for an Administrative Land Division to subdivide part of Lot 1, Block 1 in the Waterfront Passage Addition and note the following: · The proposal creates a lot in the center of the existing Lot 1, Block 1 which is totally uti I ity and drai nage easement. · Our concern is that this split would have the potential to be a tax-forfeited property should the City sell this lot. As long as the City maintains ownership and maintenance responsibility for the lot, we would have no objection. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need additional information.
