As I told you then, we have received your application for a sign permit. However, before I can process this application, I will need a site plan showing the location of the sign on your property. I understand that you are simply replacing an existing sign. In this case, your site plan should show the location of the existing sign, and the distances from the closest property lines. Please return the site plan to me at the Planning Department. Once I receive a site plan, I will review your request and issue a permit as soon as possible. I have also discussed your request with Paul Baumgartner at the Building Inspections Department. You will be required to obtain a building permit for this sign.
