The lot is located on the south side of Lower Prior Lake, north of 150th Street. The applicant is requesting variances from the bluff setback as well as possibly front yard and side yard setbacks. The applicant has chosen to remove the discussion of the item from the agenda to complete some revisions to the house design. Because the item is a public hearing and area property owners were notified the Planning Commission is obligated to open the public hearing and take any questions or comments from the public. City Staff will attempt to answer any questions as best as possible; however, as the proposed house design is going to change, the type and degree of the variance requests may change as well. These changes will be addressed at a later meeting.
