(~ February '14, 1977 The Common Council of the City of Prior Lake met in regular session on February 14,1977 at 7:30 P.M. in the City Council Chambers. Mayor Stock called the meeting to order. Present were Mayor Stock, Councilmen Bissonett,' Busse, and Oakes, City Manager 'McGuire, Planner Graser, an9 Attorney Sullivan. Councilman Watkins was absent. The following correction was made to the Minutes of February 7, 1977: Page four, paragraph one, line seven, "want" should read "wants." Motion was made by Oakes to approve the Minutes of February 7, 1977 as amended, seconded by Busse and upon a vote taken it was duly passed. Motion was made by Busse to approve the hardshell for the Replat of Lot 14, 3o-Anna Stepka's Hi-View Addition with the contingency that a hammerhead drive be placed at the time of construction, seconded by Bissonett and upon a vote taken it was duly passed. I Motion was made by Oa~es to approve the hardshell for the Replat of Lots 1 and 2, Block 2, Plat of Bayview Addition, seconded by Bissonett and upon a vote taken it was duly passed. (-' Mayor Stock directed the City Manager to recheck the assessll)ents for Lots 1 and 2, Block 2, Plat of Bayview Addition. Motion was made by Busse to approve the preliminary plat for Eggum and Callahan's First Addition, the park fee to be established at $450.00, and this does not set a precedent for future park fees, this does not cast dispersions of the qualification of the realtor' that made the estimate, and that the Council is qualified to determine in the future with need of local realtors suitable park fees, seconded by Oakes and upon a vote taken it was duly passed. Councilman Bissonett voted against the motion. Mayor Stock directed the City Manager to review the assessments for Eggum and Callahan's First Addition. Motion was made by Busse to approve the final hardshell for Eggum and Callahan"s First Addition with a park dedication fee at $450.00, seconded by Stock and upon a vote taken it was duly passed. Councilman Bissonett voted against the motion. ( Mayor Stock called the Public Hearing for Spring Lake area street naming to order at 8:00 P.M. Mayor Stock read the Public Notice for the Public Hearing. Planner Graser made a presentation of the Prior Lake street naming system and presented information on the street naming for the Spring Lake area. Motion was made by Bissonett to adopt the names as presented for the Spring Lake area with the changes of 170th Street will run to the point where it makes a directional change and from that point on it will be called Spring Lake Road, Center Avenue will be knoWn as Center Road, the addition of Fairview Road, and the rest will remain the same as discussed and as pointed out, seconded by Busse and upon a vote taken it was duly passed. The land is originally platted as Bayview Crest with the subject parcel being two ~ acre lots. The topography is relatively flat with abundent overstory. The proposed subdivision is in accordance with Prior Lake ordinances. This subdivision would not be detrimental to adjacent properties. Staff recommends approval of the preliminary plat.
