Lot 13, Green Oaks has been split into two distinct parcels.
The current assessments on the original parcel as it existed
previously were paid in full 7/10/78. The deferred will be
currently assessed against the E~ of Lot 13, Green Oaks.

Subdivision of Lot 13, Green Oaks

The lot being split from Lot 13, Green Oaks fronts on Marlen
Circle*. Sewer and water services do not exist to the proposed
lot. Service can be provided by the installation of stubs from
the mains in the Marlen Circle right of way to the property line.
The sewer service line will be approximately 125' long and the
water line approximately 35' long. The cost of installing these
service lines will be the responsibility of the developer. The
depth of the sewer line will have to be considered by the developer
to determine at what elevation a building can be constructed.
The lot slopes downward to the north and east with drainage away
from Marlen Circle. A 5' drainage and utility easement exists
at the north property line. No additional easements will be
required.
*An 18' wide gravel road which was reconstructed upon installation
of sewer and water in 1975. The road easement width is 50'.

All current assessments on Lot 13, Green Oaks were
paid in full on July 10, 1978. There are deferred
sewer and water assessments in the amount of $1316.20
and deferred paving of $144.35 which would be certified
immediately with the County upon Council approval.
