The application is being denied for the following reasons: . Offpremise or Advertising signs are not permitted within the city. Your office is located at 14180 Commerce Avenue, the property of the sign is located at 14190 Commerce Avenue. I am enclosing your sign permit application as submitted. You can place a sign on the property your office is located. A sign permit with revised site plan indicating the proposed location of the sign will be required.
