November 9, 1998 Christopher DeWitt 3892 Marsh Street Prior Lake, MN 55372 RE: Home Occupation Permit Dear Mr. DeWitt: The Planning Department has reviewed your application for a Home Occupation Permit. Based on the information submitted, it appears that you meet the criteria for granting a permit. Therefore, this letter serves as your approval notice to conduct the proposed home occupation as you have described in the application. The permit is subject to the Home Occupation Ordinance conditions as required in Code Sec. 5-5-8, A-H. In addition, no signage or public display of merchandise on the premises is permitted. We are considering this primarily a home office with limited sales which take place on and off the premises. Should you modify your current home business or under take additional businesses you must apply for another permit. If at any time you are not in compliance with the criteria for the Home Occupation Permit, then corrective measures will be taken by the City to ensure compliance. The City reserves the right to revoke or suspend your permit at any time for violations or non-compliance of the Code.
