RE: Home Occupation Permit
Dear Ms. Woods:
I have reviewed your application for a Home Occupation Permit, and based on the
information you provided and my inspection of your property, I am approving your permit
request. This letter serves as your approval notice to conduct the proposed home
occupation titled "Primary Promotions" an advertising specialties coordination business.
The permit is subject to the conditions as described under the City Code 5-5-8-A-H (see
enclosed copy of the code). The allowable occupational area of 269.8 sq. ft. is based on
your total floor area of approximately 2,698 sq.ft. (10% of total floor area). Should you
modify your home business or undertake additional businesses you must apply for
another permit. If at any time you are not in compliance with the conditions required for
the permit, the City shall take corrective measures to ensure compliance. The City of
Prior Lake may suspend of revoke your permit at any time for violations or
noncompliance of the Code.
