SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Haugen called the special meeting of the City Council to order at 12:00 p.m. at the Wild's Club-
house. Present were Mayor Haugen, Councilors Hedberg and Millar and City Manager Boyles.
OLD BUSINESS,
The Council was requested to consider approval of a Temporary On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for an
event the Prior Lake-Savage Area Education Foundation is planning for outgoing superintendent Tom
Westerhaus at Lakefront Park Pavilion. The request is intended as a replacement of the Temporary On-
Sale 3.2/Wine Liquor License that was granted by the Council at its June 2, 2008 meeting; as that licensure
was the incorrect kind for this event.
MOTION BY MILLAR, SECONDED BY HEDBERG TO APPROVE THE TEMPORARY ON-SALE IN-
TOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE REQUEST FOR THE PRIOR LAKE-SAVAGE AREA EDU-
CATION FOUNDATION.
VOTE: Ayes by Haugen, Hedberg and Millar. The motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT
A motion was made by Hedberg and seconded by Millar to adjourn the meeting. With all in favor, the meet-
ing was adjourned at 12:05 p.m.
