Please consider this as our letter of intent to submit our site plan to the Development Review Committee and to execute the City's lease form. We understand that our site plan is open to negotiation with the City. We look forward to working with you in developing a plan that maintains the integrity of the site and neighborhood. Incidentally, APT Minneapolis, Inc. (APT) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aerial Communications, Inc. (Aerial).
