Letter of Intent
RE: Communications Facility Proposal for Crest Avenue Water Tower
Dear Don:
Thank you for meeting with me this morning to discuss our interest in installing a
communications facility at the Crest Avenue Water Tower. Please consider this as our
letter of intent to submit our site plan to the Development Review Committee and to
execute the City's lease form. We understand that our site plan is open to negotiation
with the City. We look forward to working with you in developing a plan that
maintains the integrity of the site and neighborhood.
Incidentally, APT Minneapolis, Inc. (APT) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aerial
Communications, Inc. (Aerial). We conduct all of our zoning and real estate business as
APT and market our wireless communications business as Aerial. I hope this brief
understanding will avoid any confusion.
