You had inquired about combining part of Lot 17 (east side) with the remaining part of Lot 17 (west side) and Lots 14 and 15, Breezy Point. The procedure for changing legal description ofthe properties involved is an Administrative Subdivision. Variances will be necessary, as the minimum lot areas are less than 15,000 square feet. I have included the necessary applications with instructions. The request will require City Council approval and takes approximately 45 to 60 days to complete. There is no guarantee the Variances or the Administrative Subdivision will be approved once applied for. Once a completed application is received, the staff will make a recommendation on the matter for presentation to the City Council. Please call me if you have any other questions.
