Based on the information submitted and considering all equipment will be stored inside (vehicle), it appears that you will meet the criteria for granting a permit. Therefore, this letter serves as your approval to conduct the proposed home occupation as you have described in the application. Should you significantly modify your home business or under take in any additional businesses you must apply for another Home Occupation Permit. I will be operating a lawn care Service out of my home. I am aware of the zoning Ordinance in the City of Prior Lake, specifically of Section 6.8. I will address all eight of the requirements. 1. All material and equipment will be stored in my attached garage. 2. Company vehicle will be garaged at night. Business operation will not be apparent from the street. 3. No retail sales will take place at this sight. 4. Solely property owner and one partner will run the business. 5. Total office area will be approximately 60 sq. ft. s:e~ /.~ 9,0..,...... 6. No signs on displays will be on the exterior of the home. Also no materials related to the business will be stored outside. 7. No business related noise or other nuisances will be discernable at the property line. 8.
