Second Notice
In review of older building permit files, it was discovered there is an open permit for a
deck. The last inspection was April 14, 2008. Corrections that were listed are, a graspable
handrail and maximum difference of stair risers 3/8". The City would like your
cooperation to make the necessary corrections and call for an inspection. Please call for
the inspection by May 1, 2008. If there has been no inspection by May 1, 2008 the City
will deem the permit abandoned and invalid per State Building Code RI05.3.2. This will
be recorded in the permanent public record. Any additional work will require new
permits.
