PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
All that part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
(SEl/4 of NWl/4) of Section Two (2), Township One Hundred Fourteen
(114), Range Twenty Two (22), described as follows: Commencing at
a point on the South line of Pleasant Ave. and 434.5 feet West of
the 1/4 Section line, said Section line being the center of T.H.
No. 13, thence continuing West along the South line of Pleasant
Ave. 55.0 feet: thence South parallel with the East 1/2 Section
line 150.00 feet: thence East 55.0 feet: thence North 150.0 feet
to the place of beginning.
and
That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of
Section 2, Township 114, Range 22, Scott County, Minnesota,
described as follows:
Commencing at a point 33.00 feet south of the center line of
Pleasant Avenue as shown on the plat of West Side Addition to Prior
Lake, and 589.5 feet West of the north and south Quarter line thru
said Section 2: thence southerly at and angle of 89 degrees 30 minutes
00 seconds (as measured east to south from the center line of said
Pleasant Avenue) a distance of 150.00 feet: thence easterly parallel
with said Pleasant Avenue R nistance of 95.00 feet to the point
of beginning of the land to be described; thence continuing easterly
parallel with said Pleasant Avenue a distance of 5.00 feet: thence
