The last inspection was May 1, 2007, Correction that were listed are, a graspable handrail, beam splice not over post and post to beam connector. The City would like your cooperation to make the necessary corrections and call for an inspection. Please call for the inspection by April 22, 2008. If there has been no inspection by Apri122, 2008 the City will deem the permit abandoned and invalid per State Building Code R105.3.2. This will be recorded in the permanent public record. Any additional work will require new permits.
