HomeMy WebLinkAbout03-110 RESOLUTION 03-110 RESOLUTION OF THE PRIOR LAKE CITY COUNCIL APPROVING THE COMMON INTEREST COMMUNITY NUMBER 1121 (LAKEFRONT PLAZA CONDOMINIUM) CIC PLAT MOTION BY: LEMAIR SECOND BY: PETERSEN WHEREAS: on September 4, 2002, the City approved a site plan permit for the construction of a 78-unit apartment building knoWn as Lakefront Plaza; and WHEREAS: the Lakefront Plaza building is located on an existing, platted lot; and WHEREAS: The City Council has found that the Common Interest Community Number 1121 (Lakefront Plaza Condominium) CIC Plat is in substantial compliance with the approved Site Plan for Lakefront Plaza; and WHEREAS: The City Council has approved the Common Interest Community Number 1121 (Lakefront Plaza Condominium) CIC Plat. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does require the following conditions to be met, prior to release of, and recording of said plat: 1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein as if fully setforth. 2. The final CIC plat must be revised to include a signature box for the City approval. 3. The ClC plat and all pertinent documents must be filed with Scott County within 60 days from the date of final plat approval. Failure to record the documents bySeptember 7, 2003, will render the ClC plat null and void. 4. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to execute the CIC Plat on behalf of the City. Passed and adopted this 7th day of July, 2003.
