Dear Cindy,
The purpose of this letter is to inform you of how we intend to utilize our house after the
remodeling is finished. We do a lot of lakeside entertaining and that is the primary
purpose of the kitchenette area in the basement. We don't want to have to go all the way
upstairs to our main kitchen and more importantly, we don't want to disrupt our main
living area during times of entertaining.
We purchased this house from my wife's parents. They have moved to the Fort Meyers
area of Florida and have taken up permanent residence there. We have offered them a
place to stay if they should decide to come and visit during the summer months. So it
will be handy for them to use the kitchenette for their cooking needs during their visit.
I hope this letter addresses any concerns you may have. If not, please don't hesitate to
