RE: Application for a Registered Land Survey
Dear Mr. Perrier:
Attached is an application for approval of a Registered Land Survey. This application
must be completed and submitted along with the items I have highlighted on the
attached checklist.
A registered land survey is processed in the same manner as a final plat. This requires
review and approval by the City Council. Because the lots you are proposing do not
meet the minimum lot area requirements, a variance is also required. Variances require
review and approval by the Planning Commission. I have attached a variance
application for your use. This application must be completed and returned with all of the
required attachments. You submitted a list and labels of property owners within 350' of
this site with your previous application. However, that list is now more than one year old
and must be updated.
If you would like the Planning Commission to review the variance requests for your new
construction at the same time, you must also submit all of the information required for
that application. The missing information was outlined in a letter to you dated October
1, 1999. I have attached this letter for your information.
The Planning Commission meets on the second and fourth Monday of each month.
Your completed applications must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the meeting you
wish to attend.

Dear Mr. & Mrs. Perrier:
On September 28, 1999, the City received your application requesting a Variance to
permit construction of a single family house and garage addition to an existing family
room at 16502 Inguadona Beach Circle. Three items appear to be missing from the
submitted material and must be provided before we will process the permits. This letter
serves as your official notification that the City requires the following additional items:
1. An updated certificate of survey depicting the proposed structure, area
and setback dimensions to the lot boundaries and ordinary high water mark,
and proposed lowest floor elevation are required (site plan unacceptable).
2. An impervious surface calculation worksheet must also be completed by
the certified survey/engineering company (existing and proposed lot coverage
ratios).
3. A written narrative describing the use of the property and proposed
addition.
Upon receipt of the additional information we will process the application and schedule
the public hearing within 3 - 4 weeks. The hearing is conducted by the Planning
Commission which meets on the second and fourth Monday of each month
