I have attached the documentation that shows ownership information for 4089 and 4093 Heritage
Lane SE
The legal description is Lots 8 and 9, Block 2, Heritage Landing, Common Interest Community No.
1149, Scott County, Minnesota
The legal owner is now Capital Concept Partners Opportunity Fund 1, LLC.
The Chief Manager of that LLC is Mark Hoiland.
Mark Hoiland is authorized to sign all documents for and in the name of the LLC.
The attached documents are as follows:
Sheriff's Certificate of Sale dated January 31, 2008. The Sheriff sold the mortgage in foreclosure
to BankCherokee.
Following are two Assignment of Sheriff's Certificates both dated May 30, 2008. One is an
assignment by BankCherokee to Capital Concept Partners Opportunity Fund 1, LLC. (Bank
Cherokee essentially sold us all right and interest in their Sheriff's Certificate and then assigned it
to us), and then another assignment whereby Capital Concept Partners Opportunity Fund 1, LLC
assigned the certificate to First Commercial Bank. That bank is holding the original Certificate as
collateral for a loan on the property.
Next is an Assignment of Mortgage from BankCherokee to Capital Concept Partners Opportunity
Fund 1, LLC, also dated may 30, 2008.
Following this are a Buyer's and Seller's closing statement, dated May 30, 2008. These
statements clearly show the seller as BankCherokee and the Buyer as Capital Concept partners
Opportunity Fund 1, LLC. These statements are prepated by Commercial Partners Title
company. Mark Hoiland signed the statement of the Buyer as Chief Manager of the Opportunity
Fund.
I also included Certificate of Real Estate Value, signed by Mark Hoiland and dated May 30, 2008.
These show the same Buyer and Seller.
Because these properties were purchased by means of buying the Sheriff's Certificate, during the
redemption period, there is no actual warranty deed. When Capital Condept Partners Opportunity
Fund 1, LLC sells these properties in the future it will give a Deed to the future buyers, which will
be insured by a Title company based on the chain of title that I am supplying to you here.
This is sort of a long description of the situation, but it is what we have.

Policy issued by Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation at the time of closing may 30, 2008.
