The following comments should be included as conditions of approval of this permit: 1. The driveway and parking area must be at least 5' from the side lot line. 2. The driveway/parking area on the side of the garage must be surfaced with a minimum of 1 Y2" of bituminous paving or 6" of reinforced concrete or equivalent material as required by Section 1107.204 (5) of the City Zoning Ordinance. 3. The area adjacent to the parking area along the side of the garage must be landscaped with a Bufferyard Type "B" as required by Section 1107.204 (12) of the City Zoning Ordinance to screen this area from the adjacent property. This will require, at a minimum, the following plantings: . 1 canopy tree (minimum of2 Y2 caliper inches in size) . 1 understory tree (minimum 1 % caliper inches in size) . 1 shrub The plan must be revised to include these requirements.
