determined that the retaining wall at the subject address was constructed in accordance with the
plans and specifications. Based on this, the City of Prior Lake is closing the ExcavatingIFilIing
Permit (#OOG-Ol) file for this property.

I made s Ial site visits over the summer to observe construction of the gabion retaining wall at
1496 ixie Point Circle SE. Based on my site observations, it is my opinion that the gabion wall
system was constructed in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by Donovan
Stormoe (dated 9/18/98).
The gab ion wall also extended onto the adjacent property at 14966 Pixie Point Circle SE. The
gabion wall construction on this property was also built in accordance with the design plans.
The construction to complete the slope in the excavated area between the end of the gabion wall
and the undisturbed existing slope on the 14966 property was not done per the plans. Since I did
not observe or review the construction in this area, I have no opinion on this item.
