I have the following comments: o There does not appear to be a bluff on the site. The permit seems to indicate there will be some additional patios constructed on the lot. This will require submittal of an Impervious Surface Worksheet, prepared and signed by a registered land surveyor. It also appears there will be an addition to the existing house. This requires a building permit. If the patios are constructed with the addition, the Impervious Surface Worksheet can be submitted with the building permit application.
