Prior Lake, MN 55372-1714 RESOLUTION 09-016 A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A PREMISE PERMIT APPLICATION FOR LAWFUL GAMBLING OF THE PRIOR LAKE LIONS CLUB Motion By: Millar Second By: LeMair the State of Minnesota requires that a municipality adopt a resolution in support of an organization to conduct lawful gambling at a particular premise, and the Prior Lake Lions Club is requesting a lawful gambling premises permit for The Cove, 15750 Highway 13. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA as follows: 1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein. 2. The Prior Lake Lions Club is hereby approved to conduct lawful gambling at the premise of The Cove, 15750 Highway 13, for a period of two years effective upon approval by the Gambling Control Division of the State of Minnesota.
