Dear Mr. Horkey:
On July 27, 2000, the City of Prior Lake Development Review Committee (DRC)
received an application for the vacation of a portion of Ashland Road (Eau Claire Trail)
adjacent to the property located at 4137 Eau Claire Trail. On July 31, 2000, we notified
you that this application was incomplete and required the following information:
1. A list and labels with the names and addresses of the owners of property adjacent to
this site, certified by the Scott County Auditor's Office or by a certified abstract
company. This list must be accompanied by a map identifying the site and the
adjacent parcels.
It has now been more than 30 days since we notified you of the incomplete status of
these applications, and we have not received any additional information. Therefore, I
am returning the application to you and closing our files. A check refunding your
application fee is being processed and will be mailed as soon as possible. If you would
like to pursue this application in the future, you may resubmit a new application.

Dear Mr. Horkey:
On July 27, 2000, the City of Prior Lake Development Review Committee (DRC)
received an application for the vacation of a portion of Ashland Road (Eau Claire Trail)
adjacent to the property located at 4137 Eau Claire Trail. We have determined the
following information must be submitted before we will consider this application
complete:
1. A list and labels with the names and addresses of the owners of property adjacent to
this site, certified by the Scott County Auditor's Office or by a certified abstract
company. This list must be accompanied by a map identifying the site and the
adjacent parcels.
The above items must be submitted before we will consider this a complete application.
Once we have determined you have submitted a complete application, we will begin
formal review of your request. Please keep in mind vacation of this right-of-way must
first be reviewed by the Planning Commission. The City Council must then hold a public
hearing on this request, with notice of the hearing published at least 3 weeks prior to the
hearing.
