Please call the Building Department at 952.447.9850, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday on or before February 6, 2009 to schedule a final inspection. If there has been no inspection scheduled by February 9, 2009 the City will deem the permit abandoned and invalid per State Building Code R105.3.2. This will be recorded in the property's permanent public record and any additional work will require new permits. On February 25,2008, I visited the site to see the status of the project. I noted the Guard rail was not complete, a graspable handrail need to be installed and the porch had not been started.
