Prior Lake MN 55372 RE: Building Permit # 06-0820 In review of older building permit files, it was discovered there is an open permit for a deck. The last inspection was November 28, 2007. It was noted the deck was not completed and needed 4" maximwn spacing of guardrail spindles. The City would like your cooperatjon to close this permit. Please complete and call for an inspection by March 12,2009. lfthe deck has been not bee completed by March 122009 the City will deem the permit abandoned and invalid per State Building Code R105.3.2. This will be recorded in the penn<:!-nent public record. Any addi~ional work will require new permits.
