Second Notice
In review of older building permit files, it was discovered there is an open permit for a
basement finish. The last inspection was July 23,2007. The City would like your
cooperation to close this pepnit. Please c~_ll for aprogress inspection by February 9,
2009. Ifthere has been no inspection by March 22 2009 the City will deem the permit
abandon,ed and invalid per State Building Code RI05.3.2. This will be recorded in the
permanent public record. Any additional work will require new permits.
