Subject: Barrier on property line
The town home association has submitted a current survey of the property owned by the association
located off Grainwood Trail and CR 21.
The association is requesting an over the counter fence permit to build a barrier along the East property
line running from the lakeshore to Grainwood Trail. The barrier will consist of post's that are 3 feet tall
and spaced between 4-5 feet along the property line with no materials between the posts. The goal of the
barrier is to not obstruct views and to help maintain the property.
