A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING AND REMOVING CITY STREETS
FROM THE MUNICIPAL STATE AID SYSTEM

WHEREAS, the City Council of Prior Lake, Minnesota desires to designate several particular streets as
Municipal State Aid streets, and to remove said designation on other particular streets
under the provisions of Minnesota Laws Chapter 162.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA
that the roadways described as follows, to wit:
1. I R~ng Road between Toronto Avenue and Tower Street

3. ~ McKenna Road - new alignment nodh of CSAH 42 1320 ff. (0.25 miles)
5. j Old McKenna Road south of CSAH 42

6. i Fountain Hdls Drive from CSAH 21 to Old McKenna Road ·

are hereby established, located and designated a Municipal State Aid Street of said City, subject to the
approval of the Commissioner of Transpodation of the State of Minnesota, and that the roadways
described as follows, to wit:

are hereby removed from the Municipal State Aid Street System of said City, subject to the approval of
the Commissioner of Transpodation of the State of Minnesota.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to fo~ard ~o
cedified copies of this Resolution to the Commissioner of Transpodation for consideration, and that
upon his approval of the designation and removals of said roadways or podions thereof, that same be
constructed, improved and maintained as a Municipal State Aid Street of the City of Prior Lake, to be
numbered and known as a Municipal State Aid Street or remove from the Municipal State Aid System
as is requested.
