CITY OF PRIOR LAKE
ORDINANCE NO. 03-05
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1101.700 OF PRIOR LAKE CITY CODE AND THE OFFICIAL
ZONING MAP FOR THE CITY OF PRIOR LAKE
The City Council of the City of Prior Lake does hereby ordain:
1. The Prior Lake Zoning Map, referred to in Prior Lake City Code Section 1101.700, is hereby
amended to change the zoning classification of the following legally described property from A
(Agricultural) to R-1 (Low Density Residential).
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
That part of the West 329.09 feet of the South Y, of the Southwest )I., of Section 19, Township
115, Range 21, Scott County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of the North 225.00 feet of said South Y, of the Southwest )1.,;
thence Easterly along the South line of said North 225.00 feet of the East line of the West 164.50
feet of said South Y, of the Southwest )1.,; thence Southerly along said East line of the West
164.50 feet to the North line of the south 886.83 feet of said South Y, of the Southwest )1.,; thence
Easterly along said North line of the South 886.83 feet to the East line of said West 329.09 feet;
thence Southerly along said East line to the North line of the South 661.83 feet of said South Y, of
the Southwest )1.,; thence Westerly along said North line of the South 661.83 feet to the West line
of said South Y, of the Southwest )1.,; thence Northerly along said West line to the point of
beginning.
AND
The South 661.83 feet of the West 329.09 feet of the South Y, of the Southwest )I., Section 19,
Township 115, Range 21, Scott County, Minnesota
AND
That part of the South 1319.00 feet of the East Y, of the Southeast )1." Section 24, Township 115,
Range 22, lying East of a line described as beginning at a point on the South line of the Southeast
)I., distant 331.11 feet West from the Southeast corner; thence North to a point 329.99 feet West
from the Northeast corner thereof.
