ORDINANCE NO. 03 - 01
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 1104.201 AND 1104.302 OF THE
PRIOR LAKE CITY CODE
The City Council ofthe City of Prior Lake does hereby ordain that:

'For non-riparian lots within the Hass Lake Shoreland District, the
minimum lot area shall be 12,000 SQuare feet and the minimum lot width
shall be 86 feet.
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and publication.
Passed by the City Council ofthe City of Prior Lake this 6th day of January, 2003.
