CITY OF PRIOR LAKE
ORDINANCE NO. 02-06
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 307.1100 OF PRIOR LAKE CITY CODE
RELATING TO OUTDOOR CONCERTS
The City Council of the City of Prior Lake hereby ordains that:
1. Section 307.1100 of the Prior Lake City Code is hereby amended in its entirety as set forth below:
307.1100:
Future Concerts. Any person who had previously been licensed pursuant to the provisions of this Section
may be denied a license ofr a subsequent outdoor concert in the event of violations of the provisions of this
Section at prior concerts. The maximum number of licenses to be issued to any person or location will be for
two (2) one-day concerts within a calendar vear. lwel'/e (12) meRt~ time peried.
Any person who had been denied a license by the City Manager based upon prior violations of the Section at
a previously licensed outdoor concert, may appeal the City Manager's decision to the City Council. In addition,
additional requests by the same person for the issuance of licenses for additional outdoor concerts exceeding
the maximum permitted by the Section may be made to the City Council. (Ord. 88-3, 6/20/88).
This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and publication.
