Kclly, for a Letter of Map Amendment (LOMA). All required information for this request was received on May 7, 1998. Using the information submitted and the effective National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) map, we determined that a portion of the property described below is located in a Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA), the area that would be inundated by the flood having a I-percent chance of being equaled or exceeded in any given year (base /lood); however, the structure on the property is not in the SFHA. Property Description: Lot 17, Block 3, Island View 1st Addition, as described and recorded in Warranty Deed Document No. 355309, filed on July 17, 1995, in the Scott County Recorder's Office e Street Address: 15649 Skyline Avenue N.W. Flooding Source: Prior Lake e ends the above-referenced NFIP map to remove the structure from the SFHA. The structure in Zone X (shaded), an area below the 0.2-percent-annual-chance /lood level. Flood 'age for the structure may be available under a low-cost policy (see enclosed document).
