Ulteig has been retained to provide a structural engineering review of the proposed house located at
14053 Greenway Avenue in Prior Lake, MN. Architectural drawings last dated August 6,2008 were
provided by Alexander Design Group for our review. See architectural drawings for more
information.
Ulteig performed a structural engineering analysis of the house and provide red lines that were added
to the architectural drawings by the architect.
It is our professional engineering opinion that the structural framing that is illustrated on the
architectural drawings are structurally adequate to support all required design loads in accordance
with the Code.
