To Whom It May Concern,
This letter is a declaration stating the We the undersigned understands that City of Prior
Lake Ordinance 1102.405 requires that the ground floor area ratio within the R-l zoning
district shall not exceed 0.3 and that the proposed house has a ratio of .2977 which
equates to a remaining permissible floor area amount of 26.83 square feet. As such We
realize that a shed, four season porch or a similar type addition to the house is not
permitted to be built onto the house. An addition of 26.83 square feet would be permitted.
Also a deck or open porch without walls would be permitted to be built.
