An inspection of your property at 5331 Frost Point Circle and the adjacent drainage path revealed unpermitted excavation and grading. Specifically, you are in violation of the following: )0> Ordinance Section 706.300: Permit Required (Excavation and Filling) This office would like to solicit your cooperation in correcting the violations as noted above as soon as possible. Attached is a restoration plan for the impacted areas. Please contact me within 10 days of the receipt of this letter to schedule a meeting in order to discuss the requirements of this plan. DDo not disturb, disrupt or alter the drainage path at any time in the future. Comments: Failure to complete the above requirements by August 31 S\ 2009 will result in a citation being issued to the property owner, who will be subject to a summons, and the file will be referred to the Joint Scott County Prosecuting Attorney for court action. Any remaining work will be directed to a third party and the property owner will be billed for the cost of corrective action. * Final inspection and approval of restored site required.
