A site plan showing the location of the Amphitheatre, and ADA pathway. Please include the setback from the HWL of the delineated wetland. 2. Detailed plan of the seating layout with MSBC 1341 compliance. Also a building permit is required before work can be commenced. The building permit would include reviewing of any grading that is proposed. After the information is received we can complete a review for compliance to the Building code and City Zoning code.
