A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE FEASIBILITY REPORT,
,RDERING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, AND
AUTHORIZING APPRAISALS OF BENEFITED PROPERTIES FOR THE RING ROAD
CITY PROJECT NO. 01-01

WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 00-94 dated September 18, 2000, the City Council authorized WSB
& Associates to provide engineering services and ordered a feasibility report to be
prepared to study the feasibility of constructing the "Ring Road" between the intersection
of Duluth Avenue and Tower Street, and the intersection of the "Ring Road" and Toronto
Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is necessary, cost-
effective and feasible; and
WHEREAS, the report has been presented to the City Council on March 19, 2001.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA
that:
1. The City Council hereby accepts the Feasibility Report as submitted, and the improvements
described therein are necessary, cost-effective and feasible.
2. WSB & Associates is hereby ordered to prepare plans and specifications for the making of such
improvements.
3. BCL Appraisals is hereby authorized to conduct appraisals on the properties benefited by this
project.
