pursuant to the attached Notice of Voluntary Mortgage Foreclosure Sale and the power of sale in
the Mortgage dated April 12, 2007, executed by GM Homes, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability
company, as mortgagor, to Builders Mortgage Company LLC, a Minnesota limited liability
company, as mortgagee, and recorded in the office of the County Recorder, Scott County,
Minnesota, on April 13, 2007 as Document No. A 770028, I did on November 4,2008, at 10:00

time and place specified in the Notice of Voluntary Mortgage Foreclosure Sale, offer for sale and
sell at public auction to the highest and best bidder, the real property located in Scott County,

Property Identification Nos.: 25_458015-0,25-458016-0,25-458017-0 & 25-458018-0
and did strike off and sell the aforedescribed real property to Builders Mortgage Company LLC,
a Minnesota limited liability company, for the sum of $970,849.33. Builders Mortgage
Company LLC was the highest bidder and said amount was the highest and best bid offered for
the aforedescribed real property. The sale was in all respects openly, honestly, fairly and
lawfully conducted. The time allowed by law for redemption by the mortgagor, its successors
and assigns, is two (2) months from the date of the sale.
On the date hereof, the rate of interest is ten and one quarter (10.25%) percent. However,
the rate of interest is not fIxed. Interest accrues at the rate of two (2%) percent above the
Reference Rate, as hereinafter defmed, provided that in no event is the rate of interest less than
ten and one quarter (10.25%) percent per annum. The Reference Rate means the prime rate of

rate of interest becomes effective on the date that the change in the Reference Rate is published.
