I apologize for this not being transmitted to you long ago since it is dated December 12, 1994. This information was provided by the City's consultant inspector Dave Thompson. Most of the information actually relates to the watermain and appurtenances in The Wilds Parkway R.O.W. which existed prior to connection of the maintenance building. Your site construction plan sheet 1 of 1 dated October 7, 1994 will become the City's permanent record of this watermain installation. It appears to illustrate the installation accurately with the exception of the entrance point to the building and the location of the gate valve box ("GV") 18' northwest of the fire hydrant. Please send me a mylar copy of sheet 1 of 1 after updating the plan with any appropriate as-built information and noting its as-built or record copy status.
