A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PREMISE PERMIT RENEWAL
APPLICATION FOR LAWFUL GAMBLING OF THE
PRIOR LAKE VFW POST #6208
Motion By: GUNDLACH Second By: ERICSON
WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota requires that a municipality adopt a resolution in support of an
organization to conduct lawful gambling at a particular premise; and
WHEREAS, the Prior Lake VFW Post #6208 is requesting renewal of their lawful gambling permit; and
WHEREAS, the Prior Lake VFW Post #6208 has been conducting lawful gambling at their club; and
WHEREAS, the Prior Lake VFW's previous gambling license has expired.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA
that:
1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein.
2. The Prior Lake VFW Post #6208 is hereby approved to conduct lawful gambling at the premise of
16306 Main Avenue SE for a period of two years effective upon approval of the ambling Control
Division of the State of Minnesota.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 6TM DAY OF AUGUST, 2001.
