A RESOLUTION REVOKING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET DESIGNATION FOR 112-010
CHATONKA BEACH AVENUE (NON-EXISTING), 117-010 MARTINDALE STREET (NON-
EXISTING) AND 128-010 WILDS PATH (NON-EXISTING)

WHEREAS, It appears to the City Council of the City of Prior Lake that the roads hereinafter
described as a Municipal State Aid Street Under the provisions of Minnesota Laws:

are non-existing and will not be constructed as Municipal State Aid Streets.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE,
MINNESOTA as follows:
1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein.
2. That the non-existing Municipal State Aid Streets described above, to-wit; be, and hereby are,
revoked as Municipal State Aid Streets of said City subject to the approval of the Commissioner
of Transportation of the State of Minnesota.
3. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this
resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for his consideration.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 19TH DAY OF APRIL, 2010.
