Dear Mr. Kurton,
The Deerfield Coachhomes Association Board of Directors conditionally approved your request
for permission to build a deck on your home. The conditions are:
Uniformity: The deck must be identical in dimension, design, and materials to the decks D. R.
Horton has constructed at the association. The rock bed must be extended under the deck.
Completion: The deck must be completed within 90 days of the date the city of Prior Lake
issues your building permit.
Encroachment: The deck must be located entirely upon your lot.
Sprinkler System: You are responsible for arranging and paying for the relocation and/or repair
of any sprinkler system component needed to adequately water the turf in the vicinity of the back
of your home.
Underground Utilities: You are responsible for arranging for Gopher State One Call (651-454-
0002) to mark underground utilities.
Access: To prevent damage to turf and the irrigation system, please do not allow any vehicles to
drive on turf areas.
Damage to Common or Private Property: You will be responsible for any damage to private
or common property that occurs as a result of your project.
